Delivery Information
At Retro Sect I firmly believe in providing the best service wherever possible, which extends to the delivery of items for sale in my Retro Web Shop. Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, but as I am a one-man operation, they are only fulfilled on the same day if received by 3pm, Wednesday to Friday. Orders received after 12pm on Saturday may not get processed until Wednesday. I generally use Evri, DPD and Royal Mail (where necessary), and will always provide a tracking number. All orders are sent on a 2-3 day service.
The standard shipping options at checkout are only available for mainland Britain. I reserve the right to request additional shipping costs for Northern Ireland and other islands of the United Kingdom. I only offer global shipping on select items and consider each request individually. Get in touch to discuss further.
I reuse good quality recycled boxes and padded packaging wherever possible, including all packing materials such as bubble wrap. If you are ordering for a gift and would like the item to be received in appropriately presentable packaging, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
