To take advantage of the discount online, customers must use discount code “RETRO10” in the ‘coupon box’ at the online checkout after adding the items to their basket.

10% discount is available on all preowned items in store (retro cars and new items are excluded) from Wednesday 1st May. The discount shall be automatically applied in store at the checkout.

The 10% discount does not apply to the cost of delivery or any other services.

You agree that your e-mail can be used as a means of communication.
No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and Retro Sect Ltd unless and we accept your order by way of an e-mail confirmation. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time we send the e-mail to you (whether or not you view that email). This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by us of your offer to buy goods from Retro Sect Ltd.

LIABILITY
This Liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law. For the avoidance of doubt, Retro Sect Ltd does not exclude or limit any liability for (a) personal injury (including sickness and death) where such injury results from our negligence or wilful default.
Retro Sect Ltd does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time. We will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.

Credit and Debit cards are debited prior to despatch. All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated.

MISCELLANEOUS
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Retro Sect Ltd tracks the electronic ‘fingerprints’ of every order placed on Retro-Sect.co.uk to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our web-site.

EVENTS
By booking a place at an event held at the Retro Sect Ltd premises you agree:

To abide by our site codes of conduct, drive carefully on site and park where you are requested to on arrival.
To be respectful for road laws and the local community both when arriving and leaving our events.
To be photographed or filmed at our events by both our own media team and any external photographers / videographers in attendance.
